J.K. Kinnikin is currently employed with the Washington School Information Processing Cooperative in Everett Washington as Web Master and AV Coordinator after serving with the United States Army for 20 years. He also edits and designs graphics for use within the cooperative. Joe designed, developed and maintains two websites http://www.wsipc.org and http://www.nwrdc.net, and has designed and developed many others. All graphics on both sites were developed utilizing Adobe Photoshop.
