3D Color Changer (by JasMin) is the ideal Freeware program for customizing the appearance of Windows assuming you have decided not to use programs like Stardock's Window Blinds. You can download 3D Color changer at the Jote site or if that link is not working here.

The files on this site are intended for use with 3D Color Changer. I have gathered these files from various locations on the net and made several of them myself. This is by far the largest collection of .3DC files I have seen on the net. You can download them all at once by clicking on this zip file. Enjoy.
